When was the last time you stopped? Like really stopped and felt calm and relaxed? Anxiety can spring from many things but mostly it comes from a place of panic and fear. There is a spectrum of anxiety, affecting people in different ways and stopping you from living the life you want for yourself. Worrying, over thinking a situation and thinking of extreme outcomes, feeling agitated or not being able to sit still can all be connected your experience right now. If your thoughts are persistently worrying and stopping you it is best that you get the right help as soon as possible.
The following are some signs that you may have anxiety:

• Being easily fatigued.
• Difficult concentrating or your mind going blank.
• Muscle tension.
• Sleep disturbance.
Our counselling team is here to support you towards better mental health and reducing your anxiety. We understand that anxiety is different for everybody, so in our first session we will listen and understand your experience, then work with you to develop strategies to slow the anxiety down.
