Geoff is a psychologist with counselling and psychological assessment experience in schools, the Department of Education & Training, and in private practice. He is also a registered teacher who teaches Psychology at secondary school and undergraduate levels. He can assist with a diverse range of issues including anxiety, panic, depression, stress, family and relationship issues, interpersonal conflict, anger management, and loss and grief. Geoff is LGBT-friendly and is committed to providing a safe and accepting space for sexually or gender diverse young people and adults.
Geoff has a passion with working with kids (aged 12 and above) and works very well with tuning into the situation with the child, the environment and to support parents to create a better way of coping as a family.

Geoff’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Geoff has a longstanding interest and practice in mindfulness, and has been a practitioner of mindfulness for the last 15 years. Geoff also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin and can offer counselling services in these languages
