Experience
Rebecca is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and has completed a Postgraduate Certificate of Applied Mental Health (Perinatal and Infant).
Rebecca has over 10 years of experience as a Social Worker, and has worked with a range of presenting issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, parenting issues, relationship difficulties, and grief and loss.
Rebecca has particular interest in supporting individuals and families facing difficulties in relation to pregnancy, birth, early parenting, and attachment.

Rebecca will provide you with a safe and welcoming space to explore your challenges and mental health concerns. She is warm, honest, and compassionate, and committed to working alongside you to help reach your desired goals.
She utilises several evidence-based interventions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and psychoeducation. Rebecca is also a trained facilitator of Circle of Security and trained in Newborn Behavioural Observations.
