Experience
Justin has worked across both private practice and the disability sector in Victoria. He supports clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, life-long disabilities, trauma, and relationship difficulties. He has experience working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with autism and ADHD, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, personality disorders, and major life stressors.
Approach
Justin brings a genuine and curious approach to understanding each person’s unique experience. He strives to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore and work through life’s challenges. He values client feedback and sees therapy as a shared process, working together to meet each individual’s needs and goals. Justin draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Schema Therapy.
Justin’s hobbies include playing video games, collectible card games and Asian pop culture.
