Approach
Luca’s approach to therapy is rooted in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, person-led, and neuro-affirmative lens. Utilising evidence-based treatments, Luca takes an integrative, collaborative, holistic approach to the therapeutic process that considers the entirety of the individual within their own unique context. Luca draws from emotion focused, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches to help support personal growth and a deeper understanding of oneself.
Known for their warm, calm, and friendly demeanour, Luca aims to ensure their clients continually feel safe, heard, and supported.
Outside of work, Luca enjoys crafting, creative writing, watching movies (especially horror!), playing Stardew Valley, and spending time with their (2) dogs (Gizmo and Luna) and (2) cats (Mouse and Dahlia).
