Experience
Sophie has worked in the private and non-profit sectors in Melbourne since 2014, supporting clients with mental health issues, trauma, relationship difficulties and self esteem. She has provided counselling to adults and young people experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD/C-PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, as well as autism and ADHD.
She has significant experience working with complex trauma, and is passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community. In recent years she has delved into working with neurodiverse individuals, and with her own late diagnosis of ADHD and autism, she has found this work truly rewarding.
