Enda has supported individuals and couples for many years in private, community, and inpatient settings. He has extensive experience working with a broad range of mental health challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and grief.
Approach
Enda’s approach is warm, caring and collaborative. He creates a space where clients feel comfortable to explore their issues and discover new insights and skills to enhance wellbeing. He is passionate about assisting people to face their difficulties and to get the most out of life. Enda draws on his training in a range of evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT and Schema Therapy to assist individuals and couples in overcoming obstacles and moving towards more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
