We pride ourselves on first listening and then working with you on the goals that you would like to focus on.

Our team has the experience and tools to sit with the difficult emotions and thoughts you’re facing.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a strict 2-business day cancellation policy. Any cancellation or rescheduling requests must be received by SPT Admin before 9am on the morning that the cancellation policy takes effect. A fee equivalent to the full session fee will be charged if cancelling or rescheduling within 2-business days of an appointment. All late cancellation fees must be paid within 7 days of issue or will be forwarded for debt collection. Late cancellation will only be waived in exceptional circumstances.
